From January 1, 2025, and with the implementation of Elevate, Franz-Bernhard Thier will assume the role of Managing Director for SARIA Germany. He will perform this role in addition to his functions as a member of the SARIA Executive Board and as Managing Director for the Central Europe region (consisting of Germany, Austria and the Netherlands). On July 1, 2025, Franz-Bernhard Thier will step down as Managing Director in Germany in order to focus fully on his role on the Executive Board and as Regional MD for Central Europe.

Franz-Bernhard Thier says: “The idea that we as the Executive Board are pursuing together with the Supervisory Board with this new organizational structure is the logical linking of operations and administration. We are thus setting the course for the future. Together with Tim Schwencke and my colleagues, I will use the next few months to optimally prepare for the foreseeable handover of responsibility so that we can continue to operate so successfully in Germany.”
