What is the role of the central support function going to be?

  • Support in identification of new business opportunities & needs (Efficiency, QHSES, Innovation…)
  • Provide expert and technical support for challenges and prioritized opportunities/projects.
  • Facilitate creation and sharing of best practices across the network.
  • Enhance knowledge management, including training, on key elements throughout the organization.
  • Define and create standards based on business needs.
  • Leverage synergies by adopting a unified approach:
    • In regulatory/compliance topics for QHSES
    • In other key areas such as problem-solving, certification, customer requests, audits and KPI management
  • Central connection for global external partners (customers/suppliers) including reporting and cascading.
  • Define central KPIs and targets as needed and in alignment with country representatives.
