What is the role of the central support function going to be?
- Support in identification of new business opportunities & needs (Efficiency, QHSES, Innovation…)
- Provide expert and technical support for challenges and prioritized opportunities/projects.
- Facilitate creation and sharing of best practices across the network.
- Enhance knowledge management, including training, on key elements throughout the organization.
- Define and create standards based on business needs.
- Leverage synergies by adopting a unified approach:
- In regulatory/compliance topics for QHSES
- In other key areas such as problem-solving, certification, customer requests, audits and KPI management
- Central connection for global external partners (customers/suppliers) including reporting and cascading.
- Define central KPIs and targets as needed and in alignment with country representatives.
