As a result of the implementation of Elevate at country level, France welcomes its new leadership team with Xavier Defaye, as the new Managing Director of France. Considering France is part of the Southern & Eastern Europe region, he will directly report to Christian Stehmann, who is the Managing Director of this region.

Xavier will be supported by a team of experts on several key business areas who will report to him:

• Christophe LEMERRE as Purchasing and Raw Materials Director
• Jean-François DUPUIS as Logistics Director
• Jean-Baptiste ECKERT as Director of Rendering Operations (SecAnim and Sinova Dry)
• Jean-Yves BORDAS as Transformation Director, with a focus on ReFood
• Yann MAHO, as Technical Director
• Jean-François CURE, Financial Director
• Eric MIGNOT, Human Resources Director
• Hervé FUMERY, Communications and Partnerships Director
• Erwan OGES will lead Sales team and will be functionally/dotted line attached to France.

This structure is initially focused only on the first management level in the country. Colleagues who were part of the previous Sinova and Organics2Power divisions based in France have been contacted to discuss potential opportunities inside the new division SARIA Ingredients & Energy.

The new organization is meant to bring greater local autonomy and flexibility in decision-making and a better ability to respond rapidly to the needs of local and global markets.
