Start of the detailing phase

The high-level structure of the SARIA Ingredients & Energy division and the holding has been defined. Now the workstreams have officially started and will work on the details of the organizational setup until November. The first step was for the workstream leads to assemble their teams, and they are already hard at work on the first deliverables (= specific outcomes that a team is responsible for completing and delivering within a project).

Their initial focus is on developing action plans for the detailing phase, as well as outlining the organizational set-up for their specific function, business unit, or region.

The workstream leads will initially collaborate with the direct supervisors and specialists from the respective departments. As the process progresses, additional colleagues will be involved until the results have to be presented in November.

The first major milestone will be on October 7, when we will hold our first SteerCo session. During this meeting, SteerCo will review and discuss the proposals for the organizational set-up.

In the coming weeks, we will provide you with updates on the progress. These updates will spotlight specific workstreams to give you more detailed insights into their work and progress.
